This Privacy Policy explains how Qualitora LLC ("we", "us"), operator of the Tech Ultivate brand and of this THORNADO website, handles information collected through getthornado.com.
Information we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address and the content of your request. If you sign up to be notified of the THORNADO launch or of refill availability, we collect your email address for that sole purpose. The progress tracker on our calendar page stores its checkboxes in your own browser (localStorage) and sends nothing to us. We do not knowingly collect any other personal data through this site.
How we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, or to notify you about the THORNADO launch if you signed up for it. We do not sell your information.
Form processing
Form submissions are transmitted through a third-party form-delivery service (Web3Forms) which forwards them to our email. Your message passes through their systems for delivery only.
Hosting and analytics
This site is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand site usage in aggregate. GA4 runs with Google Consent Mode v2: for visitors in the EEA and UK, analytics storage is denied by default and no analytics cookies are set without consent. If advertising or additional analytics tools are introduced, this policy and our consent practices will be updated accordingly.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you sent us through our contact form or by mail to the address on ourLegal Notice page.
